The Satin Knot started with a simple frustration: why does every bridal party gift in South Africa look the same?
 

A box, a bag, a bit of tissue paper — forgettable before it's even opened.
 

I'd spent years dreaming about that moment, and knowing exactly what I'd want it to feel like. So I started wrapping. Every box is hand-wrapped in satin fabric by me before it leaves, because the outside should feel as considered as what's inside. No DIY. No assembly. Just a beautifully wrapped box, ready to give the moment it arrives.
 

And then I got engaged.💍

Now I'm planning my own ask too, so every box I wrap is one I'd be proud to hand to my own bridesmaids.
